Returns & Exchanges

At Denton Main Street Association, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our local community shop. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  Request an Authorization

  Contact our support team via email or visit our downtown office to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
